Speaker 1:

Hi, this is meteorologist Steve Pelletier and I am the weatherman. Thanks for checking into theweathermanpodcom on your Saturday. It is already the 27th day of the month of July. We've got a sunny day upcoming for tonight. For the northeast corridor it looks like great weather across from the northeast all the way up into New England and with sunshine. Highs will range in the 80s to near 90 degrees. Still light to moderate relative humidity as it starts to build as we head through the weekend, mostly clear at night, down to 64.

Speaker 1:

Sunday's weather is looking sunny. Highs for the day will reach the lower 90s. On Sunday night look for mostly cloudy conditions with a chance of a shower or thundershower Overnight. Low temperatures down near 70. On Monday it's looking partly sunny, again, that chance of a shower or thundershower, highs ranging to near 90 degrees. Tuesday and Wednesday both days are looking partly sunny, with that chance of an afternoon shower or thundershower. Highs in the 80s to near 90 degrees. Now that's for the northeast quarter, from DC up to the Boston area.

Speaker 1:

Weather across the nation shows generally fair conditions, from the mid-Atlantic, from the Carolinas all the way up to New England, northwestern in through the Great Lakes and extends all the way into central and southern portions of Nebraska and Iowa, but there's showers and thunderstorms still across the Gulf Coast states, from Brownsville up through Houston, through Louisiana, new Orleans, northward to Shreveport and into Arkansas. Showers and thunderstorms are due during the afternoon and early evening on Saturday and that type of pattern probably will continue into Sunday as well. Heaviest rainfall northern Florida, from Jacksonville and then westward to Pensacola and Tallahassee. A further south-central and southern portion of Florida, just scattered showers and thunderstorms during the day. Looks like four corners still having the monsoons from Arizona, new Mexico northward to Utah and Colorado, extending into sections of Montana and Wyoming. It looks like showers and thunderstorms into the western Dakotas as well.

Speaker 1:

West Coast continues dry from San Diego all the way up to Seattle. Tacoma looking at fair but dry conditions and warm as we head into the next several days. Aviation-wise no major problems as far as weather is concerned. Atlanta will have some scattered showers and thunderstorms, but no problems there, and Charlotte looking good too. Chicago, new York area, boston area all looking fine. Dallas-fort Worth looking pretty good. We do have some showers and thunderstorms in Houston, but I don't know. The West Coast looks like dry weather for Los Angeles, san Francisco and Seattle. I'm meteorologist Steve Pelletieri and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great Saturday.
