Thanks for checking into theweathermanpodcom on your Tuesday , eighth day of the month of April , and well , after some rainy weather on Saturday , sunday and some light showers during the daytime on Monday , the northeast under some very chilly readings . As a matter of fact , we're seeing some rain and snow showers moving across the Finger Lakes regions of New York , that's , down from Rochester southward to Elmira , then eastward up to about Cortland and then northward all the way up towards the

Even up into Yadirondacks there's going to be some snow showers and into central and northern portions of Vermont and New Hampshire some snow showers are possible During the daytime on Tuesday . That brisk northwesterly flow goes across the warmer Great Lakes and it looks like chillier readings for today and tomorrow . In the northeast Normal highs should be between 53 and 58 . Only going to be in the 40s . Today . The Met game at New York City . They had to move that game from 7 pm to 4 pm because of the chilly readings and high temperatures in New York . Only about 45 . And at game time it should be 45 , dropping down to about 40

If you are traveling on this Tuesday expecting dry conditions down around the Atlanta area , also expecting dry weather in Charlotte , richmond , also DC , baltimore and Philly mainly dry conditions , but some of those snow showers are expected across Elmira , new York , rochester , buffalo , maybe up in Erie , pennsylvania , also some snow showers and squalls at Utica , rome , even into the Syracuse area , albany , northward , all the way up to Plattsburgh expecting some snowy conditions with that strong northwesterly flow and the cold air that could give several inches of snow , a lot more in the Adirondacks , but lower areas still looking at a pretty good coating of snowfall during the afternoon and evening hours today , some of which could make it into northwestern New Jersey and southern and western sections of Connecticut and southern New England
