From Light Fronts To Fair Skies: A Clear Look At U.S. Weather Ahead
This has been your roster, Steve Pelletier, and I'm the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the weathermanpount.com on your Tuesday. It is the fourth day of the month of November 2025. And while across the Northeast, little frontal systems are moving down from the Great Lakes from time to time, giving us a little bit of light shower action. Most of the showers across New York State, most of central and northern New England as well. And those showers now moving eastward during the daytime will have a west-northwest flow, and temperatures generally in the 50s to near 60 today in New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and D.C. Up in the Boston area there could be some showers. Temperatures will be cooler there about 50 to 55. High pressure currently across uh Illinois and Indiana will be building eastward along the frontal system, which will become stationary to our south. And that means good weather, a little bit warmer during the daytime on Wednesday. Wednesday night, yet again another cold front arrives, and that may bring us a shower. High pressure builds in for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, then another frontal system on Sunday. So it looks like about three days of fair weather and then a frontal system. But the fronts are very light, not seeing any major areas of low pressure moving into the mid-Atlantic or Northeast. So generally dry weather continues this trend that has uh been continuing since the late summer through September and October, a little bit about an inch or so, inch or two uh of water below normal for each month. Looks like it's continuing now into November. If you like and see all the way out to about the 10th or the 11th, and it's basically dry with near normal temperatures as well. Now, if you're traveling by air today, of course, keep in mind still lots of delays until we get the shutdown taken care of. And we're looking at Atlanta with clear skies, good weather in Miami, good weather in Charlotte, New York, Philadelphia, and Baltimore, decent conditions, some rain showers, slowing up just a bit weather-wise up in the Boston area. Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Paul, all dry, dry in Houston, Dallas, and also in LA, and mostly uh San Diego and LA on the dry side after some early fog. Rain will be moving into San Francisco, into the Bay Area, and it does look like rainy weather for Portland and Seattle today and tonight. I've been your modern Steve Felder, and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today. And we'll talk to you first thing on Wednesday. See you then.
