Hi, this is Vinny Bolsonar Steve Pelletier, and I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking in to the WeathermanPond.com on your Sunday. It's the eighth day of the month of March 2026. And well, it just seems like it's been dreary around the area. These uh areas of rain that have been moving in from the Midwest. Umly staying to our south today. Another area just uh going through during the evening hours on Saturday, early Sunday, moved offshore. Basically represents the warm front, and that means a milder day for today. There could be some showers in the early going, but then as the day wears on, it's gonna become mostly sunny. And our high temperatures for the day should range up to about 65 to 70 degrees. Wouldn't be surprised to have temperatures up near 70. So looks like uh clear skies at night down near 40. Monday's looking sunny again, near 70. It'll go between 70 and 75 on Tuesday. It's gonna be a weird day, you know, that warm this time of year. It's uh really something just as cold as it was during the early portion of February. This is as warm as it can get during the month of March as the sun gets higher and temperatures will climb into the 70s. Beautiful day on Tuesday. Wednesday also looking mostly cloudy, 70 to 75. Maybe some showers at night and some showers on Thursday, then a trend towards some cooler weather. Highs only in the 40s to near 50, expected for Friday and Saturday of next weekend. But that's pretty close to normal for this time of year. Now, if you're flying today, traveling by air, the setup shows the frontal system almost stationary, just off the Jersey and New England coast, extending down and through North and South Carolina, where areas of some rain and high pressure is going to slowly build that system further offshore, but it'll take a while. But New York area, probably just a clearing trend during the afternoon, so no problems weather-wise. New York LaGuardia or JFK, or even up towards the Boston area. A few leftover showers giving way to a clearing trend. It does look like rain, though, in D.C. and Baltimore, and also some rain in Charlotte. Occasional showers, isolated thunderstorms in the Atlanta area could slow things down a bit in the busiest airport in the world. Looking at generally fair skies in Central and South Florida, especially South Okeechobia, it looks like good weather out on the West Coast. But Houston looks like rain drying out in Dallas, Chicago and Minneapolis, St. Paul looking very good weather wise. No problems in San Francisco. And what do you know it? Rain in Portland and Seattle on your Sunday. I'm Eddy Roger, Steve Pelletier, and I am the weatherman. Hope I have a great day today. We'll talk to you first thing on Monday. See you then.
