Hi, this is Mini Roger Steve Pelletier, and I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the WeathermanPod.com on your Fridays, the Friday the 13th, second, Friday and 13th in a row at one in February, 28 days, four weeks exactly, and here we are in the month of March. And it looks like our weather situation is going to get better. What a wild day yesterday. We started off with some thunderstorms, and then some rain in the morning hours, and even some snow. A lot of snow across central Shenandoah and Virginia and right around Harrisonburg and out towards Orange where there were several inches of snow. And it also extended up towards Frederick and all the way into Maryland and some sections of eastern Pennsylvania. Even central and northern New Jersey in New York City had some snow flurries. This after having temperatures near 80 degrees on Wednesday and snow on Thursday in the northeast. Quite a bit of a battleground of change coming about. And well, that change is going to continue. Our sky's starting off generally clear. We are going to have some sunshine today. However, the other frontal system, our little weak low pressure is going to be moving by later on in the evening. So we'll start off with sun. Highs today, only in the mid to upper 40s. That's just about normal for this time of year. Then at night, mostly cloudy. Could be a rain or snow shower at nighttime lows down until the low to middle 30s. Sunny skies on Saturday. Saturday's high is 45 to 50. Sunday, increasing clouds highs 45 to 50. And it looks like rain for Sunday night and Monday. Now, if you're traveling by air today, decent weather is expected in the New York area, New York LaGuardia and JFK, generally fair skies. A little bit extra cloud cover and some wind during the afternoon, but no major delays. Looks like the possibility of some snow showers for Boston later in the day on Friday and Friday night, but most of the time it'll be okay weather-wise into there. Chicago, just gusty northwest winds. Looks like fair but cold weather in Minnesota and even in Central and South Florida. There is the possibility of some showers from Orlando all the way down to, well, looks like Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and even the Keys, but only scattered thunderstorms in a latter afternoon. Doesn't look like it's going to be happening all the time down there. Atlanta's looking good, busiest airport in the world. And looking at uh Charlotte, also showing fair skies for the daytime. Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, LA, San Diego, San Francisco, all dry. But you guessed it, Portland and Seattle. More rainy weather expected today. I've been your steep fellow Terry and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today. Talk to you first thing on Saturday. See you then.
