Quick Hello And Today’s Setup

Hi, this is Meteorologist Steve Pelletier, and I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the WeathermanPod.com on your Monday, 23rd day of the month of March 2026, getting down to the last few days of this month of March. And well, so far, looks like our temperature trends have been a couple degrees above normal, and it looks like it's probably going to stay that way over the next several days because even though it is going to get cooler for the next several days, commencing later tomorrow, Tuesday and Wednesday, uh, we are going to warm up on Thursday into the 60s, then back down to some cooler conditions as we head into this upcoming last weekend of the month of March. Now we've had some rain on Sunday night and early on Monday, but then it gets into a clearing trend. A little stationary front that's been across the area to our west and southwest will meander and somewhat slide further south during the daytime today. That'll give us high pressure. Then sunshine for Tuesday and Wednesday with temperatures cooler on Tuesday, but highs getting up back close to the 60 degree mark on Wednesday of this week, into the lower 60s on Thursday, then back to some rainy weather with an extra front that'll be moving through on Friday and this upcoming weekend. Both Saturday and Sunday of this weekend. High is probably only in the 40s. In the meantime, for today, again, the showers and skies clear, high temperatures, lower 50s, clear at night down near 30, and sunshine 51. Tuesday, 58 on Wednesday. Now, if you're traveling by air today, improving conditions in the New York, Norwich, LaGuardia, JFK area with the rain moving further off to the east. Also fair in Philadelphia, in Baltimore, Washington, out to Chicago, even up to Minnesota. Minneapolis, St. Paul also looking fair and dry. It's going to be a few showers in Charlotte, but clearing in Atlanta and dry conditions, no problems getting into there. And in Central and South Florida, Tampa, St. Pete, Orlando, all the way down to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, looking good weatherwise for the next couple of days. Dry in Houston and Dallas Fort Worth. Quick look on the West Coast. Yes, the dry weather continues from San Diego up to LA, San Francisco, and no problems weather-wise, into Portland and Seattle today. I'm Eddie Roger, Steve Pelletier, and I am the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today. We'll talk to you first thing on Tuesday. See you then.
