Hi, this is Midiorager Steve Proletarian. I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking in to the WeathermanPod.com on your Monday. It's the sixth day of the month of April 2026. And a weather forecast for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast calls for improving weather. It has some rainy conditions on Easter Sunday, and now that area of low pressure and frontal system is now far offshore. We're going to get into sunshine as high pressure builds in from the northwest. And sunny sky is another chilly day for Tuesday. There'll be some afternoon clouds, and high temperatures will only range in the upper 40s and lower 50s and end with northwest winds, sometimes gusting up to 30 miles per hour on Tuesdays. A windy day. Tuesday night clear down to 28. Wednesday, sunshine 52, warms up to 60 on Thursday. Another sunny day, and fair and mild weather arrives for Friday and the weekend. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday all looking fair. About 70 to 75 on Friday and Saturday. A little bit cooler, upper 60s, lower 70s on Sunday of next weekend. So we're coming into a dry pattern and a cool, then progressively warmer pattern as we get towards the middle to the end of this week. Now, if you're traveling by air today, a secondary upper level low pressure system will be moving across western Pennsylvania. That could cause some clouds and, as mentioned, some snow showers in many western sections of New York State and across the central and northern portions of the Great Lakes. But in the New York area, we start out there. It looks like fair weather at Newark, LaGuardia, and JFK. Also decent in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and DC, no problems weatherwise. In the Boston area, some cloud cover, but generally good conditions, no problems weatherwise into the Boston area today. Charlotte's looking dry, Atlanta dry. Showers on thunderstorms possible across Central and South Florida. Could cause some slight delays into the South Florida area. Houston is dry as will be. Dallas, Fort Worth with some mild conditions. Dry but cool in Chicago. There'll be a lot of cloud cover. As a matter of fact, some of that cloud cover causing snow and rain. Central portions of Wisconsin, northern Wisconsin, all the way up to Duluth. We'll be having uh some snow showers into the UP of Michigan. And then fair weather in Minneapolis, St. Paul. And on the West Coast, looks like more great weather for the West Coast. Dry conditions, San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco also dry, but with clouds moving in, it looks like some rainy weather arriving in Portland and Seattle tonight. Does not look like we'll have any major delays into the Pacific Northwest on your Monday. I've been your Ronja, Steve Pelder. I'm the weatherman. Hope you have a great day today. Talk to your first thing on Tuesday. See you then.
