Hi, this is Bidi Roger, Steve Pelletier, and I am the Weatherman. Thanks for checking into the Weathermanpod.com on your Monday. It is the last day of the month of August, August 31st, 2026. And looking at a pretty good day, as a matter of fact, it'll be a partly sunny day with temperatures generally ranging between 80 and 85. There will be some showers in more essential and southern portions. Let's say over Del Marva, coastal Virginia, down in the Carolinas, but further to the north. Looks like a little bit of drier weather as we head into New York State and also up into New England, although some leftover showers are likely coastal spots. Warm Front Tonight And Midweek Storms

85. Now tonight there might be a thunderstorm with a warm front arriving overnight at low temperature 68. The fruits of that warm front on the first day of September. It's Tuesday, looking at partial sunshine near 90 degrees or 85 to 90, and a 50% chance of some late day and evening thunderstorms on Tuesday. Tuesday night, still the chance of a shower or thunder shower, otherwise partly cloudy with our nighttime low temperatures, down to about the mid to upper 60s. Wednesdays looking partly sunny with a chance of some thunderstorms. Highs 86. Thursday also clouds and sun with a chance of some showers and thunderstorms. 88 for a highs. You can see those temperatures are up there.

weekend. If you're traveling by air today, as mentioned, there might be a stray shower or thunder shower late in the day and at night. We do have a frontal system that's almost stationary across New York State, extending down into southern New England. And then generally high pressures building across much of the Carolinas and Virginia's. Even eastern Tennessee and Kentucky should be dry, but on the warmer side today. So no problems weather-wise in around the New York area, just a few stray showers late day or evening. Boston also looking dry, dry in Chicago and Minneapolis. Looks like good weather in Charlotte and then also in Atlanta, but there will be some stray thunderstorms, central and south Florida, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm, all have that possibility of some late day or early evening thunderstorms. Few leftover rains in Houston, but dry and hot in Dallas, Fort Worth. West Coast looking dry from LA all the way up to San Francisco and Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, also on the dry side. Rainy weather, still across much of the Fort Corner region. Utah, Colorado, sections of Arizona, New Mexico. Looks like more rainy weather that will be there during the daytime today and tonight. The monsoon season is in full swing.
